CB Security was founded in 2007 by Coert Erasmus, a specialist in VIP protection, guarding, crowd control & surveillance. CB Security has embedded experience internationally in Serra Leone & Baghdad, 25 years in law enforcement and more than 15 years in the private security sector.
CB Security was formed in answer to a growing demand for more specialized security services. Crime has escalated in South Africa and the nature of crime as changed drastically. Statistics indicate that crime has shifted from opportunistic petty crime to highly strategic syndicates and brutal offenses. CB Security officers are highly trained to react appropriately in volatile circumstances and be unobtrusive should the situation require.
Our team of operatives are experienced in dealing with high threat situations and are on standby 24/7 to respond to a variety of emergencies both locally and internationally. We can deliver our SpecOps team terrestrially, by air or water anywhere in South Africa or Internationally
